Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting




Red Velvet Cake
2 ½ cups cake flour
½ tsp salt
2-4 tblsp cocoa (I used 3)
½ cup butter, unsalted
1 ¾ cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp white vinegar
1 cup buttermilk
2 tblsp or 2 oz red food coloring
